BeConnecta is a social networking platform that connects people through messaging, profile boosts, and virtual gifts. Our service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to access premium features.

3. Credit Packages and Usage

Available Credit Packages:

• Basic Package: 100 credits for 50 EUR
• Popular Package: 350 credits for 150 EUR
• Premium Package: 800 credits for 300 EUR

Credit Usage:

• Sending messages: 5 credits per message
• Profile boost: 50 credits for 1 hour of maximum visibility
• Virtual gifts: 20-100 credits depending on the gift type

Credit Policy:

• Credits are non-refundable and do not expire
• Credits can only be used for the specified services
• Unused credits remain in your account until used
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

4. User Accounts and Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or inappropriate content

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Credits are added to your account immediately after successful payment
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy

BeConnecta SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

• Upon termination, your access to the service will cease
• Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
